1. Professions---Our entire full-time faculty either possesses Ph. D. degree or is doctoral degree candidate on their studies.

2. Holistic Learning---emphasize not just on the intellectual knowledge but also the spiritual forming and living shaping to fulfill the call for church ministry.

3. International Community---the current ratio for both Chinese faculty and students to the foreign faculty and students are 7:3. This enables us to have broader views and resources for the missions under different context.

4. Regional Collaboration---cooperate with local congregations, oversea missions and theological institutions for different ministries.
